Structure is political before it expresses a political message. It allocates visibility, continuity, authority and access; it determines what can meet, persist or disappear. The present constellation treats formats, archives, urban spaces and conceptual terms as active distributions of power. None is neutral. A label creates a public, a repository stabilises legitimacy, an image directs attention and a sequence establishes proximity. Socioplastics locates politics in these modest operations of organisation. Rather than separating critical theory from technical construction, it examines how every infrastructure already contains a theory of participation, memory and exclusion.
